We have struggled to find someone comfortable enough to get on our front gutters to get leaves down - so we abandoned them for the past 2-3 years. He even came back the following day to finish a treatment that had to sit overnight to get some of the grime off of our house, which was NOT part of the original deal. We had a little tree growing out of our gutter that was pulling up some of the roof tiles. We were very concerned about the damage so we found John at LeafTide. He came out and did a really great job of not only removing the tree, but he also repaired the roof tiles, cleaned out all our gutters, power washed the whole gutter system and removed all our antiquated gutter guards. He was very kind and patient with us and even came out a few months later and repaired a loose gutter for us. I would highly recommend LeafTide.

We had our house, garage, sidewalk, gutters, and deck washed by John today. I knew the house was dirty but I didn't even realize just how bad the sidewalk and patio were until I saw them after John finished cleaning. He was on time, courteous, and personable. I absolutely would hire him again. If I'd thought to take before photos, I would post before and after pictures.

I had to install a gutter for my gazebo near the deck. John came out and did a fantastic job. It rained hard one day. I noticed some of the water was still in the gutter and did not flow towards downspout. So I contacted John on Sunday to explain the situation. He came out the next day. We found out that my gazebo was not leveled, so he adjusted the gutter and the water began to flow out. He put more water from my hose to test it out before he left. His customer service after the job meant a lot to me. John, I appreciate you keeping your words and coming back out. I will call you for my next house power washing. I will ask my family and relatives to do the same.

Wasn’t able to grab pictures because the rain didn’t allow us to do so but this man did an amazing job! Even gave me a recommendation on my gutters. I initially called John w/ LeafTide Solutions to check and clean my Gutter Helmet System for bird nests which were obstructing water drainage and causing overflow. John found quite a large amount of bird nests and bird nest debris at the ends of all the gutters. He removed all the debris and flushed the gutters and then covered up the tiny opening at the ends with a mesh wire screen to prevent further bird occupancy. I then had John power wash the house to remove all the streaking from water overflow. Oh my gosh, I am so happy with the entire outcome. I feel I have added so much to the life and appearance of my home. The attention to detail and the quality of work way exceeded my expectations. And all for a very fair price! I have added this company to my phone contact list.
